It’s like the smooth reaction they have when a ghost attacks or some idiot thinks that the new kids at the high school are fair game. It’s a unity and a connection that they’ve stopped fighting because it’s the only real thing, the only thing they can be sure of that’s theirs and they get to keep, that either of them has really had.
