brosedshield I'm currently in Spain planning to live/work here for seven months, even though my Spanish skills are, as I had feared, maybe not as excellent that they should be. I mean, I'm functional, as far as reading and buying groceries goes, but even casual conversation kicks my butt and hands me a sling to put it in.
Also, it is Nanowrimo time. And I promised Shield City that I would write it. But I look it at it, and it can feels my lack of desire, my apathy, my nervousness. I'm not prepared for this relationship, and they all know. But I promised. I have 50 minutes left in Nov. 1st to get started on this thing. Shane, Alexandra and Daevis rather suspect I'm going to abandon them for Freak Camp.
Which is going swimmingly, by the way. Woot! More is added every night and it is always so fun to read!
